A fan favourite to be sure, but never really one of mine once I'd seen more than halfway into the first series.

The character designs were cool enough to entice me into shelling out £15 for this figure though, and when you consider other dealers at AyaCon were selling it at £30, it was money well spent.

The toy was made by Bandai, and in common with most of their lines, the quality is pretty good. It stands at just a touch under 8", the plastic is sturdy and it stands with no problems, even without the stand.

The model itself is pretty nicely detailed - all her jewellery is there, and the overall pose is very cute. The paint job is fine, a few imperfections here and there, but nothing majorly diverting.

There's no articulation on this model though, its completely rigid - so any play value is severely limited. I think it was meant to be a display piece rather than a toy though, so its forgivable - just don't think you'll be able to recreate any poses...

Because of the inflexibility, the joints are seamless, and overall the figure looks very impressive. As an added bonus, there's an SD Gourry figure included, which is very cute and a nice novelty.

Overall this is a solid display figure. Good quality, nice detail and a worthy addition to your shelf.
