Just to clarify the above, careless couriers aside (in no way Otaku010884's fault), I can't recommend Otaku010884 highly enough, both as a lovely person and a great seller.

Thank you megalomaniac.

As this is the feedback thread, Hermes UK delivery service, crap! Don't trust them as they have no respect for the goods they ship or the sellers/buyers they serve. Very disappointed!

It's dependant on the local couriers that deliver for them. Hermes itself is fine it's the driver(s) in Surrey/Nottingham that are crap. Or it could be whoever works in the hub which I suppose would make it Hermes' fault. Lots of folks to blame...

Received my package from Otaku010884, all perfectly boxed and shipped in a timely manner. I can highly recommend her

I agree with unknownfate that it typically isn't the courier service as a whole, it's down more to the individual drivers. Some are assholes, others treat your stuff with respect.

I'm so angry and upset I just wanna **** up whomever broke Aerith, and the person smart enough to make the rules so that they screw people over.
Interparcel and Hermes ought to go out of business, and that's the nicest thing I have to say about them right now.

Now I think it's time to wallow in self pity and just sink into anime oblivion.

Further to what Otaku010884 says, and as a warning to others: Be very very careful when choosing a courier. I had a look at the T's&C's for Interparcel and Hermes, it seems that basically anything that's remotely breakable they will not insure....Oh they'll take your money, but it wont be covered.

Makes you wonder if the drivers/handlers purposefully try to break anything with 'fragile' written on it, because they know that the sender/recipient cannot claim for breakables.

DustyShinigami has been really great, they have been messaging to check if my package has arrived but it hasn't turned up so they sent me a refund! Very kind as it wasn't their fault! (I use 'they'/'their' as I'm unsure of gender!)

Great contact and would happily buy from him again. Recommended!
