Default London X-Crossing

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/london/8337341.stm

A little over the top just for a crossing, but this amused me:

Quote:
In homage to its Far Eastern inspiration, the mayor will strike a two-metre high cymbal as Japanese musicians play taiko drums.

A giant X, in the form of 60m (196ft) of red ribbon will then be unfurled by devotees of cult Japanese Manga characters dressed in colourful costumes.

Mr Johnson said the crossing, controlled by traffic lights, was "a triumph for British engineering, Japanese innovation and good old fashioned common sense".
Oh Boris, its just a crossing, no one really cares that much.

Now with pic. Cosplaying for this?

The head scratching frustration caused by the previous design is over...

This thing has got some of my Traffic Signal colleagues rubbing their thighs in horny anticipation.

We got precedence now! Prepare to see these pop up elsewhere...

Doesn't suprise me. The amount of arguments i have had in and around London, well I have lost count, and normally it is business men.

Yeah I am short, and i am not in a posh suit. but it doesn't give the right to try and shove me out of the way. Especially when I can push just as good

They look like the nice drummers that came to Amecon. Great performance and fun learning Taiko Drumming from them.

Still, when someone said taiko drumming cosplay I was thinkign of this:
