Sengoku Collection and Polar Bear's Cafe stream to the UK from Crunchyroll

Once again, we have a pair of new announcements from Crunchyroll today, as they continue to piece together their spring 2012 anime season line-up.  So, what's on the menu today?

Speaking of menus, one of today's additions is Polar Bear's Cafe, a josei comedy manga adaptation which is, as the show's name suggests, about a café run by a polar bear.  Ignoring how difficult it would be for a bear to serve coffee this gag series, produced by Studio Pierrot, also imagines the café's patrons as animals, watching them go about their rather unusual daily lives for maximum comedy value.  The series will stream every Thursday at 10am, starting this Thursday, April 5th.  Want to check out the series? Also added to the line-up today is Sengoku Collection: Parallel World Samurai, a series produced by Brain's Base from Konami's social networking game of the same name - a series featuring Sengoku period characters while replacing all those men with beards and stuff with easier on the eye cute girls as they're dumped into modern-day Tokyo.  This series also begins on Thursday, April 5th, with episodes airing at 6:30PM this time.  You can find the series available to view once broadcasts begin over on this page.
