Wednesday is now almost always "new catalogue series announcement day" for streaming service Animax UK, and this week is no different as they unveil a decidedly unique addition to their line-up.
The series in question is the second series of Puchim@s, a comedy short spin-off from the Bandai Namco's popular iDOLM@STER franchise (hitherto unavailable in any form in the UK) - here's the brief press blurb:
One day, idols Ami & Mami Futami bring back a little something they found on the street to the 765Pro agency. That something was "Afuu" and "Yukipo", teeny creatures that looks almost exactly like Miki and Yukiho, except petit and pudgy. Although they started with one, pretty soon a barrage of "Puchidols" start flowing into the office, and things get lively.
The series should be arriving this week on the Animax UK web site and PlayStation 3 app.
