With barely a week to go before the doors open at the Excel Centre in London, Anime Limited have unveiled their plans for the weekend which, as always, look pretty exciting!
The star attraction is of course Full Metal Panic creator Shouji Gatou who will be doing panels and signing sessions over the weekend (we'll hopefully bring you an interview with the man himself soon).
Sunday will see the UK theatrical debut of Mobile Suit Gundam the Origin IV: Rise of the Red Comet. As a bonus this will be absolutely free for attendees of the event!
If that's not enough for you then Anime Limited will be screening Maquia: When the Promised Flower Blooms on Friday the 25th and they'll also be bringing back the modern classic Your Name to the big screen on Saturday the 26th. You can bag a ticket for one of these screenings for just £12.
What, that's not enough for you guys? Well, how's this for a cherry on the top - Anime Limited will be bringing early stock of some of their eagerly awaited forthcoming titles for sale (find them at stand 1600 in the South Hall folks)! Still not enough? Well, then how about Anime Limited's very own panels on Friday and Sunday hosted by Mr Jeremy Graves and our former Editor-in-chief, Mr Andy Hanley!
It's certainly lining up to be a fantastic weekend so make sure you check out all the great stuff Anime Limited have to offer! You can find more details on the Anime Limited Blog.
Dan first encountered anime at the ripe old age of six with a VHS copy of Laputa. Ten years later he re-discovered it in Robotech and overnight a DVD collection was born.
