Anime Limited to release Baccano on Blu-ray

Anime Limited to release Baccano on Blu-ray

Written by A. H. on 26 Oct 2014

Following on from yesterday's announcement of Short Peace, today brings us the final MCM London Comic Con acquisition from Anime Limited, and it's another fresh take on an existing license which resided elsewhere.

While Manga Entertainment previously released it on DVD, we haven't been able to enjoy a Blu-ray edition of Takahiro Omori's excellent adaptation of Ryohgo Narita's Baccano light novels... until now.

Anime Limited have announced that they will be bringing this series to Blu-ray - no firm plans or release dates have been confirmed at this time, but the distributor is looking into what assets are available with a view towards creating an Ultimate Edition release of the series on the format.
