Crunchyroll to stream Rokka -Braves of the Six Flowers- to the UK this summer

The summer season's streaming line-up is very slowly starting to take shape, and the weekend saw some further announcements from Crunchyroll for us to take a look at.

Let's start with the bad news, namely that the UK is region-locked out of Actually, I am (aka Jitsu wa Watashi wa) - we haven't heard word of this streaming elsewhere at the time of writing either, so this may be one summer season show we miss out on.

In brighter news, it has been confirmed that Rokka -Braves of the Six Flowers- is simulcasting to the UK this summer. Here's the official blurb on the series:

Legend says, when the Evil God awakens from the deepest of darkness, the god of fate will summon Six Braves and grant them with the power to save the world. Adlet, who claims to be the strongest on the face of this earth, is chosen as one of the “Brave Six Flowers,” and sets out on a battle to prevent the resurrection of the Evil God. However, it turns out that there are Seven Braves who gathered at the promised land...

The Seven Braves notice there must be one enemy among themselves, and feelings of suspicion toward each other spreads throughout the group, with Adlet being the one who gets suspected first and foremost. Thus begins an overwhelming fantasy adventure that brings upon mystery after mystery!

The series begins on Saturday, 4th July, with episodes airing each week at 8:30PM UK time from this Crunchyroll page.
