Fullmetal Alchemist movie Blu-Ray double pack delayed until December

Lo, shall today henceforth always been known as "anime release delay day" - after our earlier story about a brief delay to the UK DVD release of Gyo: Tokyo Shark Attack, we now have news of a more substantial delay to the release of the Fullmetal Alchemist Movie Double Pack.

While the DVD release of this two-film pack, containing Fullmetal Alchemist: The Conqueror of Shamballa and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood - The Sacred Star of Milos, will still hit the UK as originally planned on September 3rd (as will both DVD and Blu-Ray versions of The Sacred Star of Milos in isolation), distributor Manga Entertainment have confirmed via Twitter that the Blu-Ray release of this movie collection will now be delayed until December due to a production issue with the Blu-Ray version of The Conqueror of Shamballa.

Manga Entertainment has subsequently confirmed that The Conqueror of Shamballa will receive a standalone Blu-Ray release in December alongside the aforementioned movie double pack with The Sacred Star of Milos.
