Kaze UK confirm release rights to Un-Go Episode 0


Kaze UK confirm release rights to Un-Go Episode 0

After confirming at October's MCM London Expo that they hold the physical rights to Studio BONES' noitaminA series Un-Go, which Kaze UK will release on our shores via Manga Entertainment, we've now received confirmation via Kaze's Andrew Partridge that these rights also include access to the so-called Episode 0 of the series.

With the show now having finished its broadcasting run in Japan, and with the final episode slated to show up on Anime on Demand very soon, episode 0 of Un-Go serves as an extended prequel to the TV series which ran in Japanese cinemas in November, chronicling the first meeting of the show's two main characters Shinjurou and Inga to flesh out their back story.

There's no confirmation as yet as to when and on what formats Un-GO will be released in the UK, but it now seems safe to assume that episode 0 will be part of that package.  Of course, we'll keep you up to date with this show's release plans once we have them, and look out for our review of the remainder of the series in streaming form very soon!  We previously reviewed the show's first three episodes here.
