Koei Tecmo Europe announce Nobunaga's Ambition Steam free play weekend

If you lament the lack of video game demos in this day and age, today brings a reminder that there are other ways to try before you buy, with Koei Tecmo Europe announcing that they'll be running a free play weekend on Steam of their recent strategy title Nobunaga's Ambition: Sphere of Influence.

This free play event will run from 6PM tomorrow, Thursday 5th November until 9PM on Sunday 8th October, with the game also available at a discounted price during this timeframe. You can find the game on the Steam storefront, but here's the full press release:

KOEI TECMO EUROPE ANNOUNCES STEAM® FREE PLAY WEEKEND AND DISCOUNT EVENT FOR

NOBUNAGA’S AMBITION: SPHERE OF INFLUENCE

Hertfordshire, 4^TH NOVEMBER 2015 – KOEI TECMO Europetoday announced an exclusive four-day free-play event for immersive strategy epic Nobunaga’s Ambition: Sphere of Influence, on Steam®.

Specifically, gamers will be able to download and play the historical strategy simulation for free, for the period between 6pm GMT on Thursday, 5^th November to 9pm GMT on Sunday, 8^th November.

Starting at 6pm GMT on 5^th November and until 6pm GMT on Monday, 9^th November, the full game will also be available for purchase at a €10 discount.

Additionally, for those are already in the midst of conquering the land and uniting it under their clan’s banner, Koei Tecmo also offers a discount for the nine available DLC scenarios, which will be discounted from €2,99 to €1,99 for the same period!

After 6pm GMT on Monday, 9^th November the game and the DLC scenarios will revert to their original price.
