Manga Entertainment to release Spice and Wolf in the UK

We've suspected it might happen for a little while now, but we've now had it confirmed - Spice and Wolf will be reaching the UK in its animated form this summer!

As part of their latest batch of release date updates, it's now been confirmed that the complete first season of Spice and Wolf will be released on DVD on June 4th, bringing us the first batch of adventures featuring medieval merchant Kraft Lawrence and his unlikely friendship with beautiful and ancient wolf goddess Horo.

As one of our favourite anime series of recent years (to say nothing of its excellent light novel and manga releases via Yen Press), we'll certainly be looking forward to this one - will you be doing likewise? Let us know in the comments section!
