New Naruto Shippuden this week

If you can tear yourself away from coverage of The Queen's Diamond Jubilee for long enough, it's new release Monday as always in the world of anime and manga.

This week is another big one for fans of Naruto, with Manga Entertainment releasing both Naruto Shippuden Box Set 9 to keep up with the latest adventures of the jump-suited ninja, as well as the Complete Series 2 Box Set of the series to allow those who have fallen behind to catch up with the show at a cut-down price. We'll have a review of Box Set 9 shortly, so keep your eyes peeled!

This week also sees a number of new manga releases hit the UK, including new volumes of Dance in the Vampire Bund from Seven Seas Entertainment; Nura, Slam Dunk, Pokemon Adventures and Oresama Teacher from Viz Media; Bloody Monday from Kodansha Comics and Kurosagi Corpse Delivery Service from Dark Horse Comics. The week also brings us a couple of newcomers to the UK manga scene, with Seven Seas' Alice in the Country of Clover: Bloody Twins supplemented by the first omnibus edition release of Kitchen Princess.
