New Releases - 28th November 2016

We don't mean to alarm you, but it's almost December and Christmas is looming on the horizon. So what to buy? Perhaps one of this week's new releases will provide the ideal stocking filler... or maybe you just want to treat yourself.

For starters, today sees Manga Entertainment bring us a new release of the old classic that is AKIRA, with a Collector's Edition TriplePlay pack containing Blu-ray, DVD and digital copies of the film alongside art cards and a poster. We haven't reviewed this particular edition of the film, but you can read our thoughts on its previous Blu-ray release over here.

Also arriving from Manga Entertainment today is the latest instalment of One Piece, as One Piece Collection 14 lands on our shores in DVD form.

Meanwhile, Anime Limited have a notable Blu-ray release of their own, as The Tatami Galaxy gets a new lease of life in Collector's Edition Blu-ray form. We've just published our review of this new edition of Masaaki Yuasa's series, and you can read our thoughts right here.

Finally, MVM Entertainment's release for the day is Nobunaga The Fool - Part 2 on both DVD and Blu-ray - we'll have a review of this one for you in due course.
