It's new release Monday once again, so fasten your seatbelts as we whip through what's what for this week.
Let's begin with Anime Limited, who finally bring Kenji Kamiyama's 009 Re:Cyborg to the UK as a DVD and Blu-ray Limited Edition combo pack. Our review of the film's retail release is still on the way, but you can take a video look at the package right here on the site along with a review of the film's theatrical release.
Moving on, it's also a notable week for Animatsu Entertainment, starting with their release of the long awaited A Certain Magical Index Complete Series 1 Collection on both DVD and Blu-ray. You can see what kind of magic this series has to offer via our own review of the series.
Also arriving today from the same distributor is The Comic Artist and His Assistants as a Complete Series Collection on both DVD and Blu-ray. Unfortunately we're still yet to receive any review discs for this release, so there's nothing we can tell you about it!
Finally, we come to Manga Entertainment and their release of Fairy Tail Collection 4 on DVD. Could this be the last Fairy Tail release on home video we see in the UK? Let's hope not, shall we? Anyhow, this release constitutes parts 7 and 8 of the series, which were reviewed here and here.
Also hitting streets from Manga Entertainment this week is Naruto Shippuden Box Set 22 on DVD - we'll have a review of this in due course, but at least it looks like the discs are the correct region code this time...
It's another quiet week for new manga, which means we can look forward to next week's anime, including the release of A Lull in the Sea's Premium Edition, Sword Art Online II Part 1, Bleach Complete Series 14 and Noragami's Season 1 Complete Collection. Until then, take care!
