Samurai Bride's UK release upgraded to Blu-ray

Written by A. H. on 01 May 2015

Recent months have proved to be rather frustrating for those who want to buy their anime on Blu-ray, as we've seen a number of titles from Manga Entertainment such as Fairy Tail, Ben-To and Good Luck Girl relegated to DVD-only status.

Thankfully, Anime News Network reports that another casualty of this reversion to DVD has now been saved, with news that Samurai Bride will now be available in both three-disc DVD and two-disc Blu-ray editions for its UK complete series collection release.

This release will now arrive on our shore in both formats on Monday, July 6th.

In other release news from the distributor, it's now been confirmed that Naruto Shippuden Box Set 21 also arrives on July 6th, followed by Bleach Series 16 Part 1 on July 20th. Finally, confirmation has now been made that Nisekoi Series 1 Part 1, released by Kaze but distributed by Manga Entertainment, has also been moved to July 20th.
