The Castle Of Cagliostro coming to UK Blu-Ray on November 12th

The Castle Of Cagliostro coming to UK Blu-Ray on November 12th

Posted 31/07/2012

We've already reported on a Blu-Ray release on November 12th for a pair of remastered Studio Ghibli films, in the form of My Neighbour Totoro and Grave of the Fireflies.

It seems that you can now add a third high-profile Blu-Ray release from STUDIOCANAL to that date, with retailer Play.com now taking pre-orders for Lupin III: The Castle of Cagliostro on Blu-Ray, giving UK fans the chance to see Hayao Miyazaki's take on the Lupin III franchise in High Definition - a project he worked on for studio Topcraft before they morphed into what was to become Studio Ghibli.

Much like other releases of its ilk, this new offering will be made available as a DVD and Blu-Ray "DoublePlay" set, with a current pre-order price of £17.99.
