Finished SAO I, huge amounts of meh. Really don't care for either Asuna or Kirito.

May finish Qualidea Code, not sure. Not overly promising either.

As well as this season's stuff I'm watching:

I Couldn't Become a Hero, so I Reluctantly Decided to get a Job... fun if rather silly
The Ancient Magus Bride... really enjoying this and was rather surprised when they visited the village of Bourton on the Water in one episode!

i just started tokyo ghoul season 4 and I absolutely loved season 1 and 2, but season 3 is a complete disappointment because of how rushed the story is.
I don't even remember half the characters that are being killed off so fast, and as to how they relate to each other. There's no real character developement. The studio input enough time to show us the characters dying off as if they wanted the viewers to feel something, but i feel nothing.

Going to read the manga to figure what is going on. I'm going to continue watching it because i feel obligated to see where Kaneki ends up if i don't finish the manga first.

Back Street Idols is a lot better than I expected it to be.

1-3 Wow that is a total change in Animation style. Dare I say 2003 looks better than 2008 :/

Yeah - was heavily critised at the time as a result. Manga is well worth reading and goes far further than both anime series.

Easing myself back into anime, watched a few things recently.

Aku no Hana - Was intrigued by the rotoscoping, which after 3 or so episodes I found really started to enhance the story and atmosphere. Shame about the no ending and "part 1" tease which obviously never came. Definitely gonna pick up the manga, give the anime a 6/10 because of the weird pacing and lack of resolution, 7/10 if you ignore that though.

Kimi ni Todoke - Super enjoyed this. I'm apparently a teenage girl at heart because I love shoujo romance series. Cute characters, very little I disliked about it overall, otehr than the mild blue balling at the end. just say the damn sentence

How Not To Summona Demon Lord - I expected a mediocre fanservice affair but the story was quite compelling for what it was. Maybe I'm just easily pleased.

In Another World With My Smartphone - Watched it because like 2 days prior I had a thought of a story with basically the same premise. I enjoyed it and hope theres a second series, but I felt like they really under utilised both the MCs overpowereed nature and the bloody phone. Ended up being a relatively standard fantasy affair.

And I started watching re:Zero, mainly because of the twins admittedly. About 4 episodes in, its pretty fun.

Boku no Kanojo ga Majimesugiru Sho-bitch na Ken is definitely an anime. Not a very good one, but it's something nevertheless. I only started watching it as the main girl is voiced by Froppy.

yeah... I need to catch up too. Got about half-way through Banana Fish and then life got in the way of regular anime watching :/

But this coming weekend is (almost) free, so I'll pick up BF and then see what else intrigues me.

Guilty crown on Netflix. Just watched the second ep. Seems a bit cliché. Do I stick with it?

Introduced my flatmate and marathoned Steins;Gate over the last two days. She enjoyed it more though she though the first ten episodes or so were slightly slow paced.

I'm watching Carole & Tuesday, thinking this has real potential (I'm on episode 2) but there was something about it that is very familiar, so I did a little digging - it's a Shin Watanabe series, hence the queues from Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo, and Michigo to Hatchin.

Qualidea Code, which is totally and completely forgettable without being bad in any way. There are two characters I like- Hotaru and Ashua and that's it.
