I'm in Leeds for two nights for a metal festival- any decent watering holes in the city centre?

    Craft beer preferred (if possible).

    Shit-tons of them.

Northern Monk have a tap house on Water lane. Go there. You'll walk past at least three good boozers on the way there. (Midnight bell 4tw).

Waiting Room is just at the bottom entrance of the train station. Its next to the Scarborough Hotel, which I love.

Leeds Brewery is also on Station approach. Nice microbrew place.

    That's a start :)

    It’s craft beer Mecca!

Further to what Seb said North bar is a classic with a permanent Magic Rock Cannonball tap. Bundabust is a mix of Indian Street food and craft beer.

A short train ride away is the Magic Rock tap.

Really you’d find it harder not to end up somewhere with craft in Leeds. :)

Seen a few that look promising- staying in the Premier Inn for two days. Seems pretty damn central.
