Announced on twitter by Yen Press, and coinciding with the recent kickstarter for a Blu-Ray re-release for the anime adaptation of her previous series Emma, Kaoru Mori's newest manga series A Bride's Story will be getting a digital release across multiple services from on September 25th.

The series, which was first released in print by Yen Press in 2011 will have a staggered release, with the first 5 volumes arriving September the 25th, with volumes 6 to 9 on October 30th and the 10th and most recent volume getting a simultaneous physical and digital release on November 13th.

The series will be available from Bookwalker, Comixology, Google Play, iBooks and Kobo.

Acclaimed creator Kaoru Mori (Emma, Shirley) brings the nineteenth-century Silk Road to lavish life, chronicling the story of Amir Halgal, a young woman from a nomadic tribe betrothed to a twelve-year-old boy eight years her junior. Coping with cultural differences, blossoming feelings for her new husband, and expectations from both her adoptive and birth families, Amir strives to find her role as she settles into a new life and a new home in a society quick to define that role for her.
