Super Sweet Sex Life With My Super Sexy Classmate (Adult Content)

I do get some amusement from how seemingly straightforward and direct a name like "Super Sweet Sex Life With My Super Sexy Classmate" is. Of course, this causes me to question if the manga has already played its hand or whether there are still some surprises left to be found.

The story opens with a rather sad event, that being that two friends are being broken apart. See, a boy named Kouta visits a friend of his and finds her in tears. Turns out that she and her family are moving away. Satsuki, the girl in question, is distraught that a promise they made to marry each other is going to be unfulfilled. Despite reassurances from him that she's the only one he'll ever want to marry, he has almost completely forgotten about this promise by the time he's in high school. Due to some mishaps, he ends up in a study group alone with a girl called Touyama, someone who the audience will note looks strikingly similar to Satsuki, who had transferred to his school the year before. He finds himself struggling to stay calm in her presence and when she notices a...sign of this, she wastes no time making advances on him.

While starting a little differently to what I expected, the answer to my previous question is that the title is pretty much what you get. I don't think it'll shock anyone that Touyama is Satsuki and the story quickly gives way to various sex scenes. There is what I would consider to be a mild, and I do mean mild, twist at the end and there were a couple of humorous moments but those expecting depth will find the story and characters to be quite simple, too simple for my liking but sufficient to explain the source of this girl's desire for this otherwise unremarkable guy.

It's a shame too because there are some genuinely good character moments at the beginning such as when Kouta grabs a nearby cloth from a couch and drapes it over her like a wedding veil. It's really cute and endearing but, once the timeskip has happened, the manga wastes no time in directly telling us that Kouta is an average guy who blends into the crowd. Perhaps this is to assist in the wish fulfillment fantasy but it seems like an odd way to undercut your lead so directly. Satsuki is mainly assertive as Touyama, clearly since she remembers the promise Kouta and her made, and wastes no time making her move which is fine but doesn't allow her to show much of her character, at least figuratively. 

The artwork is presented in colour and proves pleasant for the most part. The character designs are detailed although I do want to draw attention to the lines under the eyes. Despite my best attempt, as well as how they are not shaded dark, I couldn't help but keep seeing them as eye bags (something which, you can imagine, isn't something I'd consider attractive)! Besides that, I consider the art to be expressive and clean with the surprising level of detail in Touyama's irises as she stares deeply at Kouta standing out to me in particular. I also have to commend the panels which are varied and used effectively to convey movement and time as well as highlighting the character's bodies. With only some minor blemishes, the artistic presentation proves to be excellent.

In the end, Super Sweet Sex Life With My Super Sexy Classmate is exactly what you get. The story is mostly irrelevant but does manage to just barely justify the events that take place. Those looking for a doujin predominantly focused on sex will find a lot to like here while those seeking greater buildup and storytelling will probably be left underwhelmed.
