Anime Limited acquire Assassination Classroom and K: Missing Kings

Written by A. H. on 27 Sep 2015

Today saw distributor Anime Limited host their now-traditional MCM Comic Con panel at Glasgow's SECC for Scotland Comic Con, and of course they had some big new announcements to share, following on from their announcement of The Rolling Girls on Friday.

First is news that the distributor has acquired rights to both the K: Missing Kings movie, as well as forthcoming autumn season show K: Return of Kings, the latter of which will be simulcast via Viewster, with Anime Limited handling the home video release of both titles - we can expect to see Missing Kings released on DVD and Blu-ray "soon", most likely some time in 2016.

Also acquired by the company is the anime adaptation of Assassination Classroom, which will be coming to the UK on home video at a future date - the series is slated for a 2016 release on DVD and Blu-ray, and will feature both English and Japanese audio with English subtitles.
