Anime Limited reveal Fullmetal Alchemist resin Gate prototype

Anime Limited reveal Fullmetal Alchemist resin Gate prototype

Set to be released in late October

Written by A. H. on 08 Aug 2016

Time is moving forth apace, and that means that Anime Limited's UK Ultimate Edition of Fullmetal Alchemist is seeing its release draw ever closer.

As by far the most ambitious Ultimate Edition the distributor has worked on so far, we've been keenly waiting an opportunity to get a final look at the hefty resin replica of the Gate seen within the series to see how it's transisitioned from concept art to final, physical product. Today, we can now see the fruits of those labours, with the All the Anime Blog showing off a number of images of the first full, painted prototype of the Gate that will house the contents of the Ultimate Edition.

You can see just one of the images of the prototype above, but for more of the same in high resolution head on over to the All the Anime Blog!

Have you pre-ordered this Ultimate Edition (still available for pre-order at the All the Anime Shop and Zavvi)? Will you be in the near future? Let us know in the comments.
