This weekend sees Anime Expo take place in Los Angeles, and this behemoth of a North American convention is also bringin with it enough news to give us RSI writing it all up.

Let's talk streaming for the time being though, with Crunchyroll adding numerous additional titles to their summer 2016 streaming line-up.

Although this slew of announcements brought with it our first title not available in the UK - B-Project - here's what's been added for our territory since we last checked in with them:

Momokuri is the first on the list - episode one is available right now, with instalments added every Friday at 3:45PM UK time. Here's the synopsis:

Yuki Kurihara, a second year high school student, falls in love with Shinya Momotsuki, who is a year younger than her. After she takes a hundred hidden camera pictures of him from a distance for her "Momo-kun Photo Collection", she decides to tell him she likes him. The two of them start to date, but Kurihara still continues to take hidden camera photos and collect the things he touches, and she's acting kind of weird... A relaxing romantic comedy about the love between two people who don't know how to express their feelings!

Euro 2016 might be over for England, but perhaps you can fill that gap with soccer series DAYS, which arrives today, July 2nd - new episdoes air every Saturday at 8:30PM. Here's the plot:

The two boys chance meeting on a stormy night. With no skills or outstanding features, one boy hides a passionate heart, Tsukushi Tsukamoto. The other is a lonely soccer genius, Jin Kazama. The winds of change begin to blow in the world of high school soccer as these two boys with nothing in common come together. The curtain on this hot-blooded, touching story is rising...

Tsukushi joins the Seiseki Soccer Club with Kazama ,and the wheels of fate start to turn. The prodigy, Jin Kazama. Star high school player and captain, Hisahito Mizuki. The calm and collected playmaker, Atsushi Kimishita. The towering forward, Kiichi Oshiba. Amongst all these talented players with high expectations of them, Tsukushi forges ahead. He really just wants to spend time with his teammates, but feels like he weighs them down during the rigorous practices. To his teammates though, he becomes an irreplaceable existence before long, flaws and all. The unshakable bond they share leads to something miraculous...

Next up is New Game!, which begins on Tuesday 5th July with episodes airing each week at 6PM. Here's the synopsis:

After graduating high school, Suzukaze Aoba joins Eagle Jump, the game company that developed Fairies Story, the game she obsessed over as a kid. On her first day as a working member of society, Aoba heads to work swaying in a packed, morning rush hour train. She manages to get to the office building all right but hesitates, wondering if it was really okay for her to take that last step and go inside. That's when a senior member of staff, Toyama Rin, shows up at work and safely leads Aoba inside the offices of Eagle Jump.

Then we have Chinese webcomic adaptation Hitorinoshita - The Outcast, which kicks off on Saturday 9th July with episodes airing each week at 2:30P. Here's what it's all about:

The protagonist, Cho Soran, leads a very common college student’s life until he finds himself caught up in a terrible incident that happened in a small village. As he was walking through a graveyard, Cho Soran is assaulted by zombies. Thinking that it was over for him, a mysterious girl carrying a sword suddenly saves him and disappears. This strange encounter is going to change drastically the fate of our hero.

Next is Hybrid x Heart Magias Academy Ataraxia, which arrives on Tuesday 5th July - episodes air each week at 7PM, and here's what they'll be about:

One day, humanity was invaded by another world. Having experienced that battle, which came to be known as the start of Other World War I, humanity moved en mass to marine floats, built for emergency evacuation purposes, as soon as the bell rang for Other World War II less than twenty years later.

It's around that time that Kizuna Hida is summoned by his elder sister and visits the Strategic Defense Academy Ataraxia on the Japanese float, where he meets Aine Chidorigafuchi, a girl who uses Heart Hybrid Gear Zeros to fight the otherworldly enemies. He has a tough time dealing with her saucy nature and sharp tongue, but when her Heart Hybrid Gear runs out of energy after fighting the enemy, the only way to get it back in action is to do something lewd to her! With the future of humanity on the line, Kizuna would go on to perform lewd acts with loads of girls!

Finally: Do you like cats? How about bananas? If you love both then you'll want to check out Bananya, because it's about cats in bananas. If you're wondering why, blame it on a Japanese stationary company for making it their mascot. There's no news on territories or streaming times for this series as yet, but we'll let you know once we have this vital information.

Before we go, we also have one announcement that isn't strictly anime-related, as Crunchyroll have confirmed that they'll be streaming Gen Urobuchi-penned puppet series Thunderbolt Fantasy worldwide. There's no launch time for the series as yet, but again we'll keep you posted.
