East Asia Television to cease trading on February 7th

Cites harassment and abuse in closing statement

This morning, we published an exclusive article entitled "Who is East Asia Television?", in which we delved into the many questions surrounding this company and their planned television channel launch which was slated to launch on Sky's digital platform in the summer.

As part of the process of investigating and compiling this article, we offered East Asia Television's Managing Director Ash Lawliét the opportunity of a right to reply to our questions and comments, and in his response to our investigation Mr. Lawliét has confirmed that East Asia Television will cease trading and close its doors on Friday, February 7th 2014.
