Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising adds 2B from Nier Automata

Fighting game Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising has added a new character to the roster, this time looking outside of the Granblue universe and instead to the world of Nier Automata. Fan-favourite character 2B joins the line-up as a fully playable character, which should thrill fans of the both franchises.

The character was added in the game's 1.21 update which was released today (20th February), along with some other quality of life improvements. 2B is available in-game, a lobby avatar and figures for the figure studio. The character is voiced by Kira Buckland for the English version and Yui Ishikawa for those that prefer the Japanese language. The character costs £6.49, or included as part of the Season 1 character pass.

2B Nier Automata

2B (YoRHa No. 2, Type B) 

An all-purpose battle android deployed as a member of the automated infantry squad, YoRHa. Members of YoRHa forgo names and are referred to only by their codes. Though regulations forbid them from expressing emotions, each model has its own distinguishing personality, and 2B is comparatively cool, calm, and collected
