JFF+, who are currently streaming free films (go watch them, I know I need to!) have posted an interview with acclaimed director of Weathering With You and Suzume, Makoto Shinkai about the international success of his films, and their global resonance.

Long-time anime dilettante and general lover of cinema. Obsessive re-watcher of 'stuff'. Has issues with dubs.
