JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Complete First Season collection coming to the UK on DVD

Scheduled for October 5th release

Love it or hate it, it's been hard to escape from the influences of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure at times over the past couple of years, and now the popular recent anime adaptation of the classic (and suitably bizarre) manga series is arriving in the UK on home video.

Following on from its previous US release, a listing on Amazon UK confirms that the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Complete First Season Collection is coming to the UK as a subtitle-only, single disc DVD release from Warner Home Video according to the listing, with the release scheduled for Monday, October 5th 2015.

Here's the synopsis direct from Amazon which sums up the show succintly if you're unfamiliar with it:

Jonathan Joestar, a young wealthy son living in Victorian England, has his life destroyed by the recently orphaned Dio Brando, who was taken in by Jonathan's father. Dio, who plots to drive Jonathan to insanity and inherit the Joestar fortune, becomes an unstoppable vampire that Jonathan must fight.

Will you be picking the series up on DVD? Let us know!

EDIT: Amazon UK's listed release date has now been altered to October 5th.
