MVM have published details of three new titles coming in November to their line-up. There's a heavy fantasy/isekai theme running through these, so take a look below and see if these will be coming to your shelf!
The Most Heretical Last Boss Queen Collection
An anime based on the light novel series by Tenichi, the series revolves around Pride Royal Ivy, an eight year-old girl who regains memories of her past life and realises that she has in face been reincarnated in an Otome game called Our Ray of Light. Her character in the game was a monstrous sadist who grows into an evil Queen that will ultimately be vanquished by her younger sister. In an attempt to alter fate, she steels herself to be a kind and benevolent ruler in a bid to avoid her grisly fate.
Executioner and Her Way of Llife Season 1
Another light novel adaptation, Executioner and Her Way of Life takes place on a parallel world to ours that has taken on Japanese traits thanks to a number of arrivals from our world called "The Lost Ones". Some of these other-worldly travellers discovered incredible powers, which left unchecked created massive disasters known as "Human Errors". To date, four such anomalies exist that have drastically changed the world - Sword of Salt saw the Southern continent turned to Salt, which is now melting into the sea. The Pandaemonnium is a fog-like Dead zone to the South archipelago from which monsters regularly emerge. The Starhusk to the East is controlled by a Mechanical Society and finally the Northern continent was separated and set afloat.
After such disaster, the summoning of "Lost Ones" is now highly regulated, and any rogues are now hunted by the Church of Faust and their Executioners. This tale follows one such executioner by the name of Menou, who has been tasked with killing a time-controlling Lost One named Akari Tokito - however Akari has the power to reverse time and even her own death, making Menou's task harder than at first thought...
Level 1 Demon Lord & One Room Hero Season 1
Finally we have a fantasy comedy based on the manga by Toufu released in 2019. The hero Max and his party slay the Demon Lord, but 10 years later the demon returns looking for a rematch. Unfortunately, Max has become a recluse, disillusioned with society and living alone in a one-room apartment. Infuriated, the Demon Lord moves in with Max to train him back to his full potential, much to the chagrin of the Demon Lord's secretary Zenia who moves in next door to keep an eye on them!
