New Releases - April 7th 2014

Having survived the trials and tribulations of April Fool's Day, we're now very much into the month of April, and our first new release Monday of the month brings us... well, lots of young men beating one another up, basically.

Today sees two shounen behemoths reaching the UK, beginning with Manga Entertainment's DVD release of Naruto Shippuden Box Set 17 - you can find our review of the episodes contained within these episodes right here.

Meanwhile, Kazé bring us Bleach Series 13 Part 1 on DVD, taking us back into the thick of its proper action - our review of this release will arrive on the site later today!

Finally, MVM Entertainment's big release on DVD for this week is the Hakuoki Season 3: Dawn of the Shinsengumi Complete Collection, serving as a prequel to the first two series of Hakuoki.  Our review of this release can be found over here.

There's no shortage of new manga releases this week either, including the release of some old classics including Ranma 1/2 and Phantom Thief Jeanne from Viz Media, while the eighth volume of Vertical's Knights of Sidonia also arrives this week.

Next week is an exciting one for new releases, including Girls und Panzer, Pom Poko on Blu-Ray, and the release of a Kenichi: The Mightiest Disciple Complete Collection.  Until then, take care!
