Sailor Moon Crystal cast and air dates unveiled

With the summer fast appraoching, we finally have some more information on the forthcoming all-new Sailor Moon series, Sailor Moon Crystal, courtesy of a live-streamed event which unveiled the cast, character designs and air dates for the series.

The series will air bi-weekly (that is, once every two weeks), with its first episode airing on Saturday, July 5th at 7PM Japanese time, and episodes airing on the first and third Saturday of each month.  The series is still expected to be simulcast worldwide via streaming service NicoNico.

Alongside this, the show's core voice acting cast was also unveiled, with Mitsuishi Kotono once again reprising the role of Sailor Moon that she played in the original series over twenty years ago.  Here's the full cast line-up:

Sailor Jupiter: Ami Koshimizu
Sailor Venus: Shizuka Ito
Sailor Mercury: Hisako Kanemoto
