Siren Visual license Chihayafuru Season 2 for Australia

Following on from their release of the first season of Madhouse's anime adaptation last year, Australian distributor Siren Visual have announced that they'll be releasing season two of Chihayafuru on DVD "soon".

The series, which follows the fortunes of one girl and her overbearing love of the game of karuta, has been a surprise niche hit amongst western anime fans which is also still available to view in its entirety via Crunchyroll.

Siren Visual have also announced that they'll be releasing the first series of Chihayafuru as a Complete Season Collection on DVD on June 18th, which you can now find on their web site.  The company have also announced their plans to release The Devil is a Part-Timer, which is already slated for a UK release via Manga Entertainment.
