They've been teasing it heavily over the past week or so, but the news is now upon us that streaming service Viewster will be streaming Naruto Shippuden, entirely free, on said service.
The series, also available via Crunchyroll, can be found on this Viewster page. The series begins from episode 394, and Episodes 394-398 are currently available on the service at the time of writing, with new episodes airing every week on Thursdays.
