WIT Studio's Kotomi Deai and Hiroshi Shimizu to attend Scotland Comic Con

Director and animator to appear in Glasgow this month

The next major date on the MCM Comic Con calendar is Scotland Comic Con, which takes place at the SECC in Glasgow on September 26th and 27th 2015.

We've now received confirmation that the event will also play hsot to two major anime-related guests from Japan, both of whom are taking some time away from WIT Studio to attend.

The guests in question are Kotomi Deai, the director of series such as WIT Studio's own The Rolling Girls as well as the likes of the second season of Silver Spoon and a number of episode direction credits, and also Hiroshi Shimizu, who holds a vast number of key animation and animation director credits which include episodes of The Rolling GirlsSpace Dandy and plenty more besides.

Anime director Kotomi Deai and animator Hiroshi Shimizu from WIT Studio, the company behind global megahit Attack on Titan, are to be special guests at MCM Scotland Comic Con 2015 later this month.

Deai, who recently directed adventure comedy The Rolling Girls, and Shimizu, the series’ director of animation, will be presenting a panel on the Saturday of the show. They will also be meeting fans and signing autographs across the whole Comic Con weekend.
