Kong and Godzilla return to face a new foe

Apple TV has dropped a trailer for the upcoming season 2 of Monarch: Legacy of Monsters. We enjoyed the first season of Monarch with its time-jumping narrative and gave it an 8/10. It looks like the stranded Kurt Russell will find his way back to Monarch and bring with him a new and ancient threat that will require a new team-up between Kong and Godzilla.
Monarch: Legacy of Monsters Season 2 begins on February 27th.
Synopsis:
Based on the Monsterverse from Legendary, this dramatic saga — spanning three generations — reveals buried secrets and the ways that epic, earth-shattering events can reverberate through our lives.
