Anime Limited acquire Durarara!! x2

Having lifted the lid on their acquisitions of both Sword Art Online II and Fusé: Memoirs of a Huntress during the show yesterday, distributor Anime Limited had another major title to announce at their panel today.

The next new title shown off this weekend is one that was heavily hinted at during yesterday's panel from the company, that being Durarara!! x2. This second series from new studio Shuka and directed by Takahiro Omori, continues to adapt Ryohgo Narita's light novels and is split over three seasons. This strategy will be matched by Anime Limited's release, which will also comprise of three releases on Blu-ray and DVD formats, the first of which is likely to emerge in the fourth quarter of 2015.
