Anime Limited acquire ERASED for UK home video release

Written by A. H. on 29 Jan 2016

We had a sneaking suspcicion this was coming, but we're more than happy to now confirm it officially - UK distributor Anime Limited has picked up the currently airing noitaminA series ERASED (currently available on Crunchyroll) for a future UK home video release.

If you're not familiar with the series, here's the synopsis:

Satoru Fujinuma is a young manga artist struggling to make a name for himself following his debut. But, that was not the only thing in his life that Satoru was feeling frustrated about…he was also living with a strange condition only he was able to experience. – REVIVAL A strange phenomenon where one is transferred back to the moment right before something life-threatening occurs. This continues to happen until the cause of the threat is erased. It is as if somebody is forcing Satoru to stop it from happening.

There are no further details at this time beyond the simple fact that we can expect a home video release of this series here in the UK at some point in the future. You can find the full announcement over at the All the Anime Blog.

If you want to hear more of our own thoughts on the series so far, check out our review of the first three episodes.
