Anime Limited acquire Fullmetal Alchemist for UK DVD and Blu-ray release

Ultimate Edition coming to our shores

Written by A. H. on 12 Dec 2015

We can think of a lot of good ways to start your weekend, but we suspect few will top this - a massive license announcement from distributor Anime Limited.

The news needs little fanfare, as simply the title of the show will suffice in itself, for the company has picked up the rights to release the original Fullmetal Alchemist from Studio Bones on DVD and Blu-ray in the UK. Needless to say, the plan is for an Ultimate Edition release of the series to give it the treatment it deserves.

There are no further details at present beyond the expectation of a release of the show at some point in 2016, but you can find the full announcement over at the All the Anime Blog.
