Black Lagoon: Roberta's Blood Trail comes to the Sony Movie Channel

Airing next Tuesday morning

Recent weeks have seen the Sony Movie Channel kick off a Late Night Anime programming block which has seen them air a number of Kazé / Viz Media titles in an early morning slot, typically on Mondays and with previous airings including Bleach and Berserk movies.

Next Tuesday, however, sees a particularly exciting addition to this line-up as it hasn't actually reached the UK in physical form yet, as it's now been confirmed that the Black Lagoon: Roberta's Blood Trail OVA will be aired in its entirety on Tuesday October 8th.  All five episodes that make up the OVA will be aired back-to-back, starting from 1:05AM on the Sony Movie Channel, or 2:05AM if you catch it on the channel's +1 service.

Next week schedule isn't currently available on the Sony Movie Channel site itself, but you can find further details of the Roberta's Blood Trail air times on the Radio Times web site.

The Sony Movie Channel is availably to Sky viewers on Channel 323 - you can find the header page for their Late Night Anime slot on the channel's official web site.  The OVA is currently slated for a November 18th physical release on DVD and Blu-Ray.
