Hakuoki visual novel released for iOS and Android in the UK

Written by A. H. on 31 Mar 2015

We've been able to enjoy various facets of otome visual novel series Hakuoki here in the UK in recent years, with the various series which make up its anime adaptation available on DVD from MVM Entertainment, while the game itself enjoyed a release on the Nintendo 3DS.

However, as of today this title is also available for users of iOS and Android smartphones, as Hakuoki comees to both mobile platforms in the UK.

The game is available in two editions - a free version for iOS and Android, within which the prologue is available for free and further stories can be unlocked for the price of £2.99 per story. Unlocking all of these stories presents you with a European exclusive bonus story.

Alternatively, you can buy the Premium Edition of the game, which retails for £18.20 on Android or £20.99 on iOS, allowing you to enjoy the entire game without any further purchases required.

The game is being released on both platforms in partnership with distributor Anime Limited, and you can read the full press release and find out more on their blog.
