If you've been casting envious eyes at Sony console owners and their recent English language releases of Project DIVA games, then the good news is that owners of a Nintendo 3DS can have their own slice of rhythm game fun as of September 11th 2015, with the release of Project Mirai DX in Europe.

What's more, the game will be getting physical and digital releases on that date, complete with a special "launch edition" of the game complete with 19 AR (Augmented Reality) cards and a wallet chain. Here's the full press release containing the news:

HATSUNE MIKU: PROJECT MIRAI DX GETS A SPECIAL LAUNCH EDITION; WILL RELEASE IN SEPTEMBER

SAN FRANCISCO & LONDON – 19th May, 2015 – Hatsune Miku™: Project Mirai DX, the unique 3D rhythm game developed specifically for the Nintendo 3DS™ system, will now launch on Sept. 8, in North America and Sept. 11 in Europe from SEGA® of America, Inc. and SEGA® Europe, Ltd. respectively. The game will be available in stores and digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS. All copies of the game will include 19 double-sided augmented reality (AR) cards that show off additional dance moves and costumes.

In collaboration with Good Smile Company, a popular Japanese figure company, Hatsune Miku: Project Mirai DX features Miku and all of her friends in their Nendoroid figure style.  The gamefeatures 48 full-length versions of fan-favorite songs players can challenge themselves with by trying to match the rhythm in “Tap Mode” and “Button Mode,” each with multiple difficulty levels, which can be further augmented with challenge and support items.

But the rhythm game is just one facet of Hatsune Miku: Project Mirai DX – players can also customize a virtual apartment for their favorite Miku character with decorations, seasonal items, and more. The Mirai Theater has replay functions so players can watch their favorite videos and add scrolling commentary. Choreograph entirely new routines by making new moves in the Dance Studio, and compose brand new song phrases in My Tune. This info can all be shared on customizable Profile Cards, which can be shared via StreetPass™ and kept current via SpotPass™.

Hatsune Miku: Project Mirai DX will launch on Sept. 11 in Europe in stores and digitally on the Nintendo eShop.  For more information about the game, please visit www.sega.com.
