Kaze license Nisekoi: False Love anime for UK release

First volume coming in Q2 of this year

It's been a while since we've had a new license announcement for you from Manga Entertainment, but how's this for a big one?

Yesterday, the distributor confirmed via Twitter that they'll be bringing SHAFT's anime adaptation of popular romantic comedy manga series Nisekoi: False Love to the UK, with the first volume scheduled for a release in the second quarter of 2015.

There's no news yet of release formats, or indeed of how many volumes the series will be split across - the series is being released in North America by Aniplex USA, where it's split across four Blu-ray volumes.

Needless to say, we'll update you on any further news about the release as and when we get it. For now though, are you excited to see Nisekoi arriving in the UK? Let us know your thoughts in the comments!

UPDATE (02/02/2015): We've now received confirmation that the series will be released on both DVD and Blu-ray, with season one spanning two volumes - Season 1 Part 1 will contain episodes 1-10, and is currently scheduled for a release on April 20th 2015. The series has, in fact, been licensed by Kazé for the UK, and is being distributed by Manga Entertainment.
