Manga Entertainment CEO - Colin Lomax - passes away

Written by D. R. on 03 Jan 2018

Some sad news from UK anime distributor Manga Entertainment. Screen Daily are reporting that their CEO, Colin Lomax, died unexpectedly between Christmas and New Year. Lomax was reportedly in Devon at the time of his passing. He is survived by his wife Lisa.

Day-to-day running of the company will be overseen by the company's COO, Jerome Mazandarani. Who - other than a brief split to set up Animatsu - has been the public face of Manga Entertainment for some time.

Screen Daily have an interesting summary of Colin's career - as well as messages from industry contemporaries - in their article, which is well worth taking the time to read.
