New Releases - November 30th 2015

Do you know what day it is today? It's Gundam Monday, that's what.

More specifically, today is the day that sees the first half of the original Mobile Suit Gundam arrive in remastered Blu-ray form from Anime Limited - if you want to see what we thought of this new treatment of the old classic, you can do so via this review.

Speaking of classic franchises, today brings us another opportunity to give into the world of Ghost in the Shell, courtesy of the Ghost in the Shell: ARISE Borders 3 and 4 collection, available on both DVD and Blu-ray from Manga Entertainment. We've literally just published our review of this release, so you can induldge in all of its freshness over on this page.

Last but certainly not least we have a rare beast indeed - a 10/10 rated series. That show is The Eccentric Family, which arrives as a shiny Blu-ray Collector's Edition courtesy of MVM Entertainment today. You can check in on just why we rate the series so highly in this review.

Not too much to speak of manga-wise this week, with our most interesting new release being a chance to induldge in some more Noragami in the form ofvolume one of Kodansha Comics' Noragami: Stray Stories.

Next week, 009 Re: Cyborg gets a Standard Edition DVD release, Black Bullet fires into view, Maid-sama and So I Can't Play H both arrive, and the Full Metal Panic Ultimate Edition enjoys its full retail release. There's plenty to get stuck into in other words, and expect reviews of all of these releases over the coming week!
