While the announcement of Den-noh Coil's acquisition as part of the Maiden Japan label rightly grabbed all of our collective attention last night, Sentai Filmworks themselves also had plenty of notable releases to tout as they revealed their full slate of titles for June 2016.

This slew of new releases also confirmed the company's acquisition of a pair of notable follow-on movies from existing TV series. First up, Bodacious Space Pirates film Abyss of Hyperspace is finally coming to the west, complete with English and Japanese audio with English subtitles, arriving on both DVD and Blu-ray in the US on 14th June 2016.

Also on its way in the same month is Wake Up, Girls! The Movie, which is also coming to DVD and Blu-ray in subtitle-only form on 7th June 2016. The film is also available in the UK in streaming form via Crunchyroll.

Other releases for the month include:

- Both seasons of Medaka Box as a Complete Collection on DVD and Blu-ray (with both English and Japanese audio), also on 7th June.

- Love Stage!! gets a subtitle-only Complete Series Collection on DVD and Blu-ray on 14th June.

Rozen Maiden enters the distributor's "Sentai Selects" label with a DVD Complete Series Collection sporting English and Japanese audio on 14th June.

And Yet The Town Moves sees its previous DVD release complemented with a new Blu-ray Complete Series Collection - this subtitle-only release lands on 21st June.

Cross Ange: Rondo of Angels and Dragons sees its first half release with English and Japanese audio with English subtitles, coming to both DVD and Blu-ray on 21st June.

- Previously announced film acquisition Hakuoiki ~ Demon of the Fleeting Blossom: Wild Dance of Kyoto Theatrical Version, Chapter 1 (what a mouthful!) gets an English and Japanese language release on DVD and Blu-ray on 28th June.

Would you like to see any of these titles come to the UK? Let us know in the comments!
