The Tale of Princess Kaguya scheduled for March 20th UK theatrical release

Just yesterday, we posted the news of an Oscar nomination for Studio Ghibli's latest film directed by Isao Takahata, The Tale of Princess Kaguya - which is up for the Best Animated Feature award - while simultaneously bemoaning the lack of any UK screenings for the movie at this point.

However, distributor of the film STUDIOCANAL UK have confirmed via Twitter that this will be changing a couple of months from now, with a theatrical release of The Tale of Princess Kaguya scheduled for 20th March 2015.

There are no further details of locations for screenings as of yet, but of course we'll let you know once more details are released in due course.
